Workers Comp, Surety Bonds & General Liability
Workes comp – In Florida if you have less than 4 employees you are NOT required to have workers comp. You can be exempt (this is a service we can provide). If you have over 4 employees, you are required, by law to have workers’ compensation. This is important because it insures injuries to employees while they are working.
Surety Bonds – All dealers are required by Florida to have a surety bond (and a garage liability insurance), or if you have another type of business that requires surety bonds, we can cover you.
General Liability – If your business requires you to have a storefront – for example, boutique stores, restaurants, offices (including medical), beauty salons, barber shops, etc. your landlord will likely require you to carry general liability.
